Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) is seeking to procure the services of an experienced and qualified Contractor and also on James Hardie approved installers list.
The works involve the removal of the existing external timber cladding to 3 blocks and the fitting of new fibre cement cladding board to provide fire, water, weather, pest, and rot resistance.
The materials used and supplied by James Hardie and therefore the fitting is carried out to their take-off and specification.
Contractors that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to `Express Interest` upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system.
