YPO 001283 Outdoor Furniture

This is a renewal of the previous framework 1072 (under the now redundant Public Contracts Regulations 2015). YPO have appointed Suppliers onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of Outdoor Furniture [for use primarily in the education market and local authority sectors. However private customers are also able to buy from YPO]. This Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement for Suppliers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Supplier, but the Supplier delivers direct to the end customer.
