The brief

As you will know from our previous market engagement event, Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire Councils are going out to tender for a new emotional health and wellbeing service for children and young people (0 to 25).

It will go live in 2017.

Following the feedback we received from you at our June 15th event, we are now holding a follow up networking session on Monday July 11th between 1:30pm and 4pm in the Walker Room, Meeting Point House, Town Centre, Telford, TF3 4HS.

Over a working lunch, this networking event is designed to help you meet potential prime providers and to help you forge relationships with partner organisations from different sectors, as we head through the procurement process.

The event will be informal and relaxed with a working lunch included.

Commissioners will give further presentations, provide you with the opportunity to ask questions about the service specification, procurement process and timescale, as well as giving you more time to network.

At the event, potential providers will be able to: • Hear more from commissioners about their vision for the Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service and the case for change • Ask commissioners any questions relating to the draft service specification, procurement timelines, bidding process etc • Spend more time networking to help you meet potential prime providers and build relationships with partner organisations from different sectors Spaces are limited so we would request again that each organisation sends no more than two representatives and please bring business cards, flyers, leaflets about the work you do.

Please confirm your organisation’s attendance by close of play on Wednesday 6th July to: alex.weatherley@ge.com
