Future Opportunity Notice: Trends and Insights Subscription Services
HS2 Ltd is developing its products, services, brand and people and wishes to understand how experiences are developing within a global context.
This includes, mega, macro and micro trends related to accessibility, food/drink consumption and use of amenities within communities, catering, including seating and the digital offering on the train and at stations.
As such, HS2 Ltd wishes to subscribe to an annual service that can be utilised to deliver (for an initial 12 month period) insights into trends and the future.
Where specific trends are identified, where relevant to programme delivery, HS2 would then like to further explore these areas through research work packages included within the overall annual subscription.
HS2 requires a supplier to provide conclusive trends and insight information that can be used to help define ongoing research areas as well as its product, services, brand and people.
This support must be provided for a 12 month period and should include access to an online subscription service that HS2 can access at its convenience.
This subscription service should include support in the form of an account manager (or equivalent), who can help guide and support HS2 in its interrogation of the provided online resource.
Timescales: - Issue RFQ Documentation: week commencing 30/01/2017; - Deadline for Supplier RFQ Responses: week commencing 13/02/2017; - Contract Award: week commencing 20/02/2017 Procurement Process and Next Steps: The procurement exercise will be carried out on HS2 Ltd's e-Sourcing Portal; Bravo.
All messages should be sent through the Bravo secure messaging facility once the RFQ has been published.
In order to participate in this procurement exercise, Suppliers will need to initially register on Bravo (please see the instructions for registration attached to this notice).
