Arc - Demolition Contract

Arc Property Services Partnership Limited (Arc Partnership) is seeking suitably experienced organisations to provide Demolition services as described within the Contract Notice and procurement documentation.

Arc Partnership is a joint venture developed by Nottinghamshire County Council and Scape Group to work closely with local communities, providing value for money, treating people fairly and creating a better built environment for everyone.

All bidders will be assessed on their ability to provide core Demolition services as required by this Contract, relevant to the works/services for which they are bidding for.

Arc Partnership welcomes bids from single Suppliers that; are able to meet the minimum turnover and other financial requirements as stated in the Tender Documentation, who have previous experience and are specialized in Demolition works, holding relevant accreditation.

This opportunity is a single contract and potential suppliers are reminded that this is a one-off opportunity.

Due to the sensitive nature of the site at which the Demolition works are to be carried out, prior to accessing the Tender Documentation pack Tenderers are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

The Non-Disclosure Agreement is available upon request and upon receipt of a signed copy Arc will enable Tenderers access to the Tender Documentation pack.

The Non-Disclosure Agreement can be found as an attachment to this notice - Please sign and return a copy of the to email nickt@scapegroup.co.uk in order to receive an access code to the Tender Documentation pack which will be hosted on Delta eSourcing.

Suppliers must log in, go to Response Manager and add the Access Code (which will be sent to Tenderers upon receipt of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement).

Please ensure you follow any instruction provided to you there.

The deadline for submitting your response is stated within the Delta eSourcing suite, this Contract Notice and the PQQ document.

Please ensure that you allow yourself plenty of time when responding to this invitation prior to the closing date and time, especially when uploading documents.

Arc will not be held accountable for any errors made by Suppliers in submitting their completed PQQ.
