Framework for Voids and Other Maintenance Works

The Contracting Authority requires the undertaking of repairs, renewals, reinstatements and improvements to Void Properties and in respect of higher value responsive maintenance, disrepair and capital reinvestment works to its housing properties located within or adjacent to the boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council The Contracting Authority's mission is to create strong sustainable communities and they are committed to making a positive difference.

The quality of these services provided is therefore of paramount importance.

The Contracting Authority is therefore seeking to appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors who can deliver these services to the highest possible standards and can demonstrate a proven track record for these services.

The Framework will be for a 4 year period and the initial call-off contracts will be for 36 months commencing on or about the 1st July 2024 with an option for up to a further 2 years.
