The works will generally comprise of the following: - The removal of 3no. existing cold water storage tanks and all associated pipework and valves. - The design, supply, installation and commissioning and setting to work of 2no. new cold water storage tanks. - Works in connection with creation of a new plant room. - Re-provision of access to the loft space through new loft access hatch. - All associated electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire alarm and builders works.
