The brief

Sheffield Hallam University is inviting tenders to carry out interim and final Summative Assessments of the ERDF Sheffield Innovation Programme - Continuation (SIP2) project.

The Sheffield Innovation Programme - Continuation project is a regional initiative which brings together a consortium comprising Sheffield Hallam University, as lead partner; The University of Sheffield; and South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority to deliver innovation support to SMEs.

This contract is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) Programme 2014 -2020.

As such, bidders should be aware that work undertaken under this tender would be subject to ERDF regulations including those relating to publicity.

The aim of this procurement is to appoint a suitable supplier to carry out an interim and final Summative Assessment of the ERDF project in accordance with EU and UK regulatory requirements.
