Palladium, as the delivery partner for the UK PACT programme, invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for technical assistance in response to support Institutional Strengthening of REA for Renewable Energy Scale-Up in Nigeria.

This technical assistance activity aims to strengthen the operational and strategic capacity of Nigeria's Rural Electrification Agency (REA) through three integrated workstreams: - Technical Support for Electrification Projects - Enhancing REA's ability to plan, manage, and deliver both grid-connected and off-grid renewable energy projects by embedding specialized technical expertise. - Project Management Support to the SPDU - Institutionalizing effective project tracking and delivery oversight tools, while improving coordination across departments to ensure timely and aligned execution. - Off-Grid Sector Coordination - Building REA's capacity to convene and lead the off-grid stakeholder forum, fostering improved engagement, collaboration, and alignment across the sector.
