Victim Support Services in Swindon and Wiltshire
The four fundamental purposes of the Victim Support Services in Swindon and Wiltshire that the successful Tenderer is to fulfil are: 1.
The successful Tenderer shall provide a reliable, effective and satisfactory practical and emotional support Service for Victims of crime in Wiltshire and Swindon.
2.
The successful Tenderer shall work with the Customer to develop further the infrastructure to support Victims of crime in Wiltshire and Swindon.
3.
The successful Tenderer shall provide feedback from Victims on their experience of crime and, where applicable, the criminal justice system.
4.
The successful Tenderer shall contribute to the achievement of Priority 2 and Priority 4 of the Police and Crime Commissioner's Police and Crime Plan: • Reduce violence and serious harm • Improve the experience of Victims and deliver justice
