1-79 Rabb Mill House, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 79 Dwellings (52No.Two bed dwellings and 27No.

One bed dwellings) 4.

1-12 14-31 Queens Lodge, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 30 Dwellings (24No.Two bed dwellings and 6No.

One bed dwellings) The works include, but not limited to the Design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of complete and fully functional LD1 Fully Interlinked Fire Detection System within 79No one bed Dwellings and 174No Two bed dwellings across 4No High Rise general needs Housing Blocks.

The Installer is expected to provide his rates for the entire Schedule of Works (SOW) listed even if the work is to be performed by a sub-Installer or specialist Contractor.

It is the Tenderer's responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule.

Estimated 3 weeks on site starting December 2019.
