Sheffield Hallam University has been awarded substantial funding by the European Regional Development Fund to create the Sheffield Testing Imaging and Characterisation Centre.
As part of this funding instrumentation for Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Mass Spectrometry Imaging (MALDI-MSI) (Lot 1), High Resolution Benchtop Micro Computerised Tomography (Lot 2) and Atomic Force Microscopy-Raman (AFM-Raman) Spectroscopy (Lot 3) will be purchased.
The project is receiving funding from the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.
The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (and in London the intermediate body Greater London Authority) is the Managing Authority for European Regional Development Fund.
