Digital Inclusion and Support Dynamic Purchasing System
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is setting up a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for a period of 48 months and is inviting bidders to request to participate in the Digital Inclusion and Support DPS.
This DPS will provide central government and wider public sector departments the opportunity to find and procure a range of services relating to: (1) providing support to anyone who cannot access government's digital services independently, so that with assistance they can find helpful information and complete transactions for those services (Assisted Digital); (2) support users to gain the basic digital skills so that they can access government's digital services independently and go online to make the most of the internet (Digital Inclusion).
The four (4) distinct elements of the DPS service filters are subject area, delivery method (support type), geographical location and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
