The brief

This opportunity provides for direct award engagement equally to each of the two only suppliers that have been technically assured by NHSE to provide their unique systems for vaccine data capture and management services in Primary Care Network (PCN-GP) settings.

Both suppliers will be contracted under NHS England standardised terms and conditions and the suppliers will operate in competition with each other in order to gain share directly within the PCN/GP marketplace to deploly their systems for the recording, collating and transmission of vaccination event data for COVID and co-administered Flu vaccination types only.

The compensation to suppliers for service delivery will be on the basis of £30 "license fee", paid for each PCN registered in any vaccination campaign month month using that supplier's system and irrespective of the number off vaccination events that are actually recorded by that system.

Additionally, an amount of £10,000 shall be paid once to each supplier each month under contract, to ensure the supplier's compliance with JVCI requirements for each vaccination type and campaign, performance parameters and reporting requirements.
