Thirteen Housing Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out (1) Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (Electrical Installation Condition Report - EICR) on a range of properties managed by Thirteen Group in accordance with its legal obligations as a Landlord.
The EICR is to ensure the condition of the electrics comply with the current British Standard for electrical safety (BS7671). (2) Any remedial work identified during the visual inspection and periodic testing of electrical installations.
The Contract will be undertaken on a "Supply & Install" basis.
Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
