The service will be divided into 2 lots as follows: \r \r Lot 1 Kirklees Adult Carers Information and Advice Service - \r £258,000 \r \r Lot 2 Kirklees Adult Carers Advocacy Service - \r £42,000\r \r Contract variation issued 2 June 2020 to build in a further 12 month contract extension option - variation issued as a result of Covid-19.
