Prior to completion there is an allowance to carry out associated firestopping works inside Flats 16 and Fat 49 adjacent to living room ventilation shafts.
Carry out redecoration works to remainder of the block to uphold the newly refurbished standard to Ground Floor throughout the remainder of the block.
A contractor's design portion shall allow for any related firestopping works to be undertaken.
