Citizen wishes to tender for the forthcoming contracts for the provision of demolition and site clearance with associated reinstatement works as part of the Citizen Garage Stock improvement schemes across the current areas of Citizen operation.

You will also be required to act as Principal Contractor and cooperate with nominated asbestos contractors to ensure that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money.

Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of Citizen Staff.

Failure to observe this requirement may result in your bid being eliminated.
