This output should be based on our social media principles of utility, responsiveness, connection and representation, alongside with a deep understanding of our audience.
To manage the University's reputation, the Media Agency should report on the impact of our channels and monitor mentions of the university on Weibo and WeChat to highlight potential issues affecting reputation.
To proactively make suggestions on content, formats and process to ensure the ongoing development of our Weibo and WeChat channels.
To also provide crucial consultation and insight into content approaches, audience need and issue management.
