Call off from RM6020 Insurance and Related Services 3 - CCS The Mesothelioma Act 2014 (also referred to as the "Act"), established the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme (DMPS).

The Scheme provides payments to individuals diagnosed with Diffuse Mesothelioma who were exposed to asbestos at work, through employer negligence or breach of statutory duty, and who are unable to pursue a civil claim because their former employer no longer exists or their former employer's insurer cannot be traced.
