The brief

The Authority is looking for a Supplier for the provision of an evaluated bespoke Aspirant Deputy Director of Nursing Talent Scheme for nurses who present with the potential to develop and become aspiring future Director of Nurse leaders.

Taking the insight and learning from previous cohorts, this talent scheme for Band 8b-c senior nurses was devised by NHSEI and will address the shortage of appointable candidates to DDoN roles across England.
