The brief

NSAH (Alliance Homes) Limited (Alliance Homes) is a registered provider in North Somerset.

It has developed a reputation for enabling the procurement of high quality, cost efficient photovoltaic solutions via its self-funded photovoltaic framework which has been used by numerous public sector entities across the UK to install over 100,000 panels over the past 5 years.

Alliance Homes is now seeking to appoint one developer partner to a framework agreement, accessible to all UK public sector entities as detailed in the OJEU contract notice found at http://www.tendersdirect.co.uk/Search/Advanced/Search_ReferenceNo.aspx using the reference number 157411-2015, to deliver a fully-funderd rooftop photovoltaic solution across the UK public sector property portfolio.

The framework will provide a complete solution to public sector entities seeking to secure projects for the generation of electricity and will include the development, design, funding, installation and operation of PV installations as a one-stop shop in accordance with DECC and all other legislative requirements.

It is envisaged at present that call-off contracts will range from 500kw to 100mw+ on individual or linked sites.

Accordingly, only developers with current secured funding, a track record of project delivery in roof-top projects at scale and a professional and experienced supply chain should submit an expression of interest.

Once a contractor expresses an interest a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) will be sent to them for submission by the close date on this notice.

No expressions of interest or submissions of the PQQ will be accepted after this date.
