Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes Fire Authority is seeking to award an initial two year term contract with a single contractor for the provision of a Pre-Planned and Reactive maintenance service for the bay door portfolio.
The Pre-planned maintenance of all bay doors is required to be delivered twice a year.
The bay door portfolio consists of a total of 90 doors of various manufacturers across a total of 19 locations within Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes, with each requiring ongoing service and maintenance to support a 24/7 emergency service.
The contractor is also required to provide a reactive maintenance service in response to defects reported by the Authority during normal business hours and also out of hours.
The reactive defects will be categorised as Emergency, Essential & Non-Essential as detailed in the Specification contained within this procurement package.
The total contract value for the initial two year contract term is estimated to not exceed £50,000.
Bidders are invited to quote for the provision of the Services described at Appendix 1 Specification for a term of 2 years, with a requirement for the contract services to commence on 01 April 2023 Bidders are invited to participate in this Request for Quotation (RFQ) process and must complete the process and submit final bid response via this e-procurement portal.
The bidder must return all the documents detailed in the procurement documents by the stated deadline.
Instructions and Guidance is provided in document "RFQ Part 1" along with "Appendix 1 Specification", "Appendix 2 Contract Terms & Conditions" and "Appendix A-Scope of Doors".
