3 Year Standing List for Fen Management Contractors
Broads Authority's Environment & Waste cycle is past due — it ran about every 15 months across 6 notices, and the door is open now. It may re-tender at any time.
15% of Broads Authority’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.
Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →
The Broads Authority now invites suitably qualified contractors to apply for inclusion on a Standing List of Approved Contractors for future management work at fen sites throughout the Broads Executive Area for the next three years.
Approved contractors will be able to demonstrate that commercial reed and sedge represents a regular part of their business and have suitable equipment, professional certification and health and safety procedures to undertake fen management work.
All interested parties are required to register their interest by submitting an approval questionnaire with the relevant document no later than 4 pm on 22 March 2024.
