The Police ICT Company Limited ('the Authority') intends to procure and manage an IT Service Management (ITSM) capability from a Potential Provider which may service the ITSM needs of the broader law enforcement and emergency services communities.
The first major organisation to use this service will be the Forensics Capability Network (FCN).
