Torbay Council is exploring the opportunity of appointing a partner to deliver a Trauma Informed Practice Reflective Learning Programme in Torbay.
This programme will be delivered to staff and volunteers in the Council and other Statutory, Commissioned and Community and Voluntary sector organisations in Torbay.
