The brief

LMH are looking to commission school camps to run during school holidays.

The school holiday camps are a way of easing the financial burden on our customers when it comes to providing activities for their children during the holidays.

LMH want to help families who are struggling financially so they don't go into further hardship during the school holidays.

A range of activities are required to develop skills such as commitment, lifelong learning and respectful engagement among tenants' children aged between 5 and 14, a healthy lunch is also provided to the children all at no cost.

If children are occupied in a safe place where they are kept from becoming bored they will want to keep attending, therefore, taking away those that would normally hang around the streets where they live reducing the temptation to become involved in anti social behaviour or becoming a nuisance to other residents.

Potential school holidays 15/16: Autumn Half-Term Dates - Saturday 24 October 2015 - Sunday 01 November 2015 Spring Half-Term Dates - Saturday 12 February 2018 - Sunday 21 February 2016 Easter Holidays - Saturday 02 April 2016 - Sunday 17 April 2016 Summer Half-Term Dates - Saturday 28 May 2016 - Sunday 05 June 2016 Summer Holidays - Friday 22 July 2016 The above are potential dates for school holidays in 2015/16 - please be aware that the successful organisation will be expected to deliver its service on any of these days, however, LMH make no guarantee on the number of days, or the number of attendees on these days the successful provider will be required to deliver its service, as this service is demand led.
