The University of Birmingham has a requirement for the provision of services which will ensure that its portfolio of Lightning protection systems and associated surge protection devices are maintained and repaired to the highest quality standards and to ensure the highest standards for the availability of use.

Accordingly, the University of Birmingham is seeking competitive tenders from suitably qualified contractors in response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) with a view to awarding a Contract to a single Contractor for the provision of Lightning Protection services for its entire portfolio of systems which shall be determined prior to the award of the contract.
