The provider will deliver services to meet particular needs which will be broadly related to the intensity of the intervention required, as follows: a.

Targeted Interventions (for those who are at an "at risk stage" and require Tier 2 type interventions); c.
Prevention and Early Interventions (to reduce risky behaviour); d.
