HS2 Ltd require a provider Firm with Chartered Independent Financial Advice (IFA) status that can supply pensions-specific and broader financial advice to our employees.

We also require a provider who can give technical pensions advice to our Human Resources and Reward specialists.

The summary areas of advice are as follows: a.

Advice to the company on the pension scheme e.g. assessing relevance of the default Fund to demographics; implementation advice re auto enrolment, advice on future regulatory / HMRC changes. b.

Pension advice to employees on their attitude to risk and how to choose a fund portfolio in which to invest their pension saving via the workplace pension plan.

Undertaking employee group briefings and surgery sessions and providing input to employee communications. c.

IFA advice to employees on wider financial topics to help employees manage their and family financial planning / savings, tax management , matters arising from participation in the company’s flexible benefit plan or other such as insurance issues.

It is essential that the provider has the capability and resources to deliver a responsive, on-site service to employees who are located in a number of sites in London and the Midlands.

There is also a need for the provider to demonstrate a track record in providing similar services to organisations of a comparable size to HS2 Ltd that also have a high proportion of professionally qualified employees.
