Northampton Borough Council (the 'Council') and its partner trust are seeking to appoint an experienced conservation contractor to undertake an extensive programme of repairs, alterations and improvements to Delapre Abbey, a Grade 2* listed building located in the Borough of Northampton.
The approximate value of the works is between GBP 3 000 000 and GBP 4 000 000. (This figure is indicative only and does not guarantee any level of expenditure.) This tender will follow a single stage procurement route.
For the final contract Northampton Borough Council will be using a JCT 2011 Standard Building Contract with Quantities and CPD (Contractor's Designed Portion).
