Worcester City Council is acting as Lead Authority for the joint commissioning of a Private Sector Housing Stock Condition Survey for the Worcestershire Local Authorities of; Bromsgrove District Council, Malvern Hills District Council, Redditch Borough Council, Worcester City Council, Wyre Forest District Council and Wychavon District Council.
This survey will assess overall adequacy and condition of accommodation and to facilitate targeting resource.
