TENDERERS PLEASE NOTE THAT Leeds City Council is advertising an opportunity to bid for two linked but separate contracts.

If a tenderer submits the highest scoring bid for both contracts, that tenderer will be asked to state which contract they wish to be awarded.
The second placed bidder will be awarded whichever contract that the first placed bidder has declined.
