Penrith Leisure Centre Replacement Sports Hall Lighting Scheme
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits in the lower-middle of the Electrical Machinery & Apparatus band — a mid-scale opportunity. Based on 5,617 valued Electrical Machinery & Apparatus tenders in our corpus.
Penrith Leisure Centre sports hall lighting scheme dates back to it's opening in 2005.
The florescent lighting and dimmer controllers are of their time and have served the centre well.
However the cost of maintaining them is increasing with replacement parts now becoming obsolete and by today's standards they are energy inefficient.
As a result Wilkinson James Partnership Limited were commissioned to review the sports hall lighting and make recommendations.
They have created a components list and detailed specification for a low energy LED replacement lighting scheme, this with TWO distinct methods of lighting control with detailed components and specifications for each option.
You are invited to tender to supply and fit each scheme as they are specified for the client to choose the preferred option.
Tender is via the Proactis North West Chest.
