The brief

The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in the procurement documents for the refurbishment works at Chancellor's Wharf as detailed in the specification, including but not limited to the refurbishment of bathrooms in three residential blocks, replacement of bedroom furniture in one residential block and associated bedroom re-decoration; upgrade of wi-fi and data provisions to one residential block (and associated builders work); replacement of external doors to three residential blocks; replacement of timber windows to selected staircases with curtain walling in three residential blocks and refurbishment of a laundry.

The location of the site is Chancellor's Wharf, Aldcliffe Road, Lancaster LA1 1WB.

The successful tenderers awarded a contract must be fully available to mobilise so as to commence work on site on 10th July 2018 and complete by 14th September 2018.

The University will host an accompanied site visit 23rd April 2018 @ 2pm.
