Further Competition Under Wakefield Council My Life Services Framework Agreement
Mini-competitions have been undertaken via the My Life Services Framework Agreement for support packages where service users asked the Council to choose their new provider following the withdrawal of their current support provider from the market.
The process followed is in line with the call-off procedure set out in the Terms and Conditions of the My Life Services Framework Agreement which was setup by the Council and commenced in October 2017.
Support packages were put into 3 geographical lots: • Lot 1: Wakefield centre and surrounding areas - approx. £41,089pa (total contract value approx. £149,010) • Lot 2: Castleford and Pontefract - approx. £56,351pa (total contract value approx. £164,357 • Lot 3: Featherstone and Normanton - approx. £55,569pa (total contract value approx. £162,076)
