The brief

A comprehensive cloud-based inspection survey software tool with the following functionality: • Allow bulk creation, opening and closure of surveys to a set of templates, dates and times set by Ofsted through either bulk-creation linked to reports from Ofsted's line-of-business application or individually • Allow the creation of surveys to be a customised set of standardised URLs set by Ofsted that can be copied into letter\document templates within Ofsted's line-of-business application to support automation.

Each survey should have a unique URL that should be linked to Ofsted data such as inspection event number or URN (unique reference number) • Provide a single automated email export on closure, at a time set by Ofsted to a designated email address, both of which are specified if required on an individual survey basis, ideally through bulk-creation linked to reports from our line-of-business application • Include a summary of results in this email export as well as a CSV export of results including free-text comments • Allow Ofsted to create and amend multiple template surveys without additional cost • Allow Ofsted to use different question types, including the use of images for these questions and multiple \ differing answer types such as star rating, sliding scales etc, configurable on an individual question basis • Allow Ofsted to customise the user interface for the survey to create a 'landing page' as well as the message of the results email, specified by Ofsted • Allow end users to access a survey without authentication via either a mobile device or other computer across a range of internet browsers (please provide the list of browsers with which your product is compliant with) • Allow access to surveys 'real-time' when open to identify any initial trends etc • Allow responders to see the results for all those completing their unique survey once they have completed
