- Supported Accommodation Frameworkmandatory
Hampshire County Council
All providers delivering supported accommodation must be registered with Ofsted in one or more of the four approved categories:
Luton Council
If providing services for 16-17 years you must be Ofsted registered
Trafford Council
Providers must be registered with Ofsted to allow children under 8 years old to attend a full session or be actively working towards registration

Central Bedfordshire Council
Providers must be Ofsted registered under the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 and demonstrate the ability to deliver safe, effective and outcome-focused support that promotes independence, wellbeing and positive life opportunities.
Lancashire County Council
Tenderers must be either registered with or in the process of registering with Ofsted and have been issued with a URN number at the point of tender submission.
London Borough of Hackney
Provider Status: Must be a current Ofsted-registered provider.
Lincolnshire County Council
All Suppliers wishing to tender must be registered with Ofsted as a Supported Accommodation provider in accordance with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
Durham County Council
Providers must be Ofsted-registered to offer a full-time 5-day education placement.
Torbay Council
Provision must include Ofsted-registered accommodation for Young Parents aged 16-17, cared for/Care experienced and non-Ofsted accommodation for Young Parents aged 18-24 in with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
Kent County Council
Providers must be appropriately registered with Ofsted or the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) and must meet statutory and contractual quality, safeguarding, and compliance requirements.
Coventry City Council
The Regulation 44 visitor shall collate the findings within a report and follow a process to circulate the findings to the Children's Residential Homes' Registered Managers and Ofsted
