2.1 The Customer wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the provision of Planned and reactive maintenance services for The Trend Building Management system (BMS) which operates across a number of Derbyshire Constabulary sites.
Several of these sites are critical to the 24/7 operation of the Constabulary it is essential therefore that works on the system, both planned and reactive are undertaken in such a way as not to disrupt the operation of the buildings.
