South Somerset District Council requires the replacement of one lift within the premises of King William House, 13 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4NT.
The building is served by two lifts that are installed side by side within a shared constructed lift well.
The project requires the removal of all existing lift equipment (Lift 2) and the installation of a new traction machine room less (MRL) lift solution Upon completion of the works to replace Lift 2, the two lifts will also be configured to operate as a fully functioning duplex pair of lifts.
