DEPARTMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE
Provision of Client Survey on Quality and Impact of Trade Services
No value published
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
The Department for International Trade (DIT) has a number of key corporate targets that it reports on.
These targets relate to the quality of the support and advice given and firms' satisfaction with the service received.
Performance against these targets has been measured to date through the Performance & Impact Monitoring Survey (PIMS).
As part of the transformation of UKTI (now International Trade & Investment (ITI) within DIT) an in-depth review of PIMS has been recently undertaken.
DIT wants to build on PIMS while introducing amendments to operation and approach to strengthen the end product in the key areas highlighted in the PIMS review.
Alongside performance monitoring there is also a need to collect robust data on the reported impact of DIT services.
DIT proposes to run two separate but related surveys to cover monitoring and reported impact, to be let out as a single contract.
The contract will cover the financial year 2017-18 with an option for extension to cover one or two further financial years.
Proposals should be costed accordingly to reflect these options.
