VARIATION The value of this variation is £3,800,000, and the Expiry Date has been extended by six months to 18th October 2024.

This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

The services provided under the contract remain the same, being the provision of delivery capability for critical UEC Live Services (which support NHS 111 and 999 Ambulance Services).

However, there has been an unforeseen need to extend the contract for a further six months while the re-procurement, ahead of a planned summer 2024 award, is completed.

During the original and extended term, there has been a non-substantial amendment to the contract, reflecting the agile nature of the services.

The revised value of the contract is now £15,200,000 It should be noted that it has also come to the attention of NHS England that the original Award Value included in the CF Award Notice was incorrect.

The accurate Award Value of the contract should have been stated as £9,5000,000 including the optional extension provisioned in the contract.
