Description of Proposed Works The Fairlea Embankment Remedial Works involves the following: Enabling Works Enabling works to access the embankment and establish the site compound.

The suggested site compound location is at the east end of Fairlea to the greenspace adjacent to property number 24.

It is suggested that a serviceable path is established along the top of the embankment to enable the works to be carried out.

The working area includes private gardens at high level, the embankment and the banks of the stream at the lower level of the embankment.

Serviceable access for site staff to all of these areas should be established before works begin.

Agreements between TMBC, the Contractor and the private land owners shall be in place prior to the commencement of works.

Upon completion of the works, private gardens (Properties No.

26-29) and the boundary fence line are to be reinstated to pre-failure condition.

A new garden boundary fence is to be installed as part of the works.
