The brief

Provision of Cabins for use as polling stations inclusive of generators, outdoor lighting and toilets Purpose To deliver, site and make ready 2 cabins, a generator and outdoor lighting for use with 2 cabins and toilets at Myton Fields car park, Myton Road, Warwick CV32 5HZ for use as polling stations for all scheduled elections and at the same location for any by election held throughout the year.

Specification of task: 1.

To liaise with appointed Electoral Services Officers at Warwick District Council for schedule of dates and location of premises.

Scheduled elections normally take place on the first Thursday in the month of May.

Delivery and siting would take place on the afternoon two working days before Election day and collection would take place on the working day following Election day.

To provide two 9.7m (32 feet) x 3.0m (10 feet) Cabin, two ramps; two single chemical toilets, keys for access; and one 30 KVA 3-phase generator skid mounted with earth spike, to provide diesel for running for 20 hours, 32 amp 1 phase cables and key; and outdoor lighting to be sited around cabin entrance and to be powered through the generator.

Technical Specifications and Standards : Tenderers are asked to submit a quote for: (1) Two 9.7m (32 feet) x 3.0m (10 feet) lockable Cabins with work surface and sink (2) Two lockable portable toilets with hand wash facility. (3) One 30 KVA 3-phase generator skid mounted with earth spike, to provide diesel for running for 20 hours, 32 amp 1 phase cables and key (4) Outdoor lighting to be sited around cabin entrance and to be powered through the generator.
