The brief

Building and delivering targeted and universal support around an extant 'Operating model toolkit for local authority assessments' (comprising an operating model, self-diagnostic and set of circa 30 extant tools), to enable councils to think and do things differently to manage rising demand for adult social care assessment within limited resources.

The aim of this support is to embed and scale flexible and innovative digitising and streamlining assessment approaches among adult social care councils using the toolkit.

We will be seeking a dedicated supplier to deliver the programme including managing the communities of practice, organising and facilitating online events, and producing supporting online resources.

PCH will oversee the contract and work closely with the successful contractor.

The chosen supplier will be expected to collaborate closely with PCH, SCIE and DHSC to ensure strategic alignment with our objectives and priorities.

We will invite suppliers with a proven track record of success in similar projects locally, regionally or nationally to submit their bids and contribute their expertise to support the programme.
