This requirement was previously advertised for competition under Prior Information Notice (OJEU: 2018/S 036-07956) and Contract Notice (OJEU: 2018/S 158-363490/EN) as MSS/043 Lot 1.
Competition proved ineffective due to the proprietary nature of elements of the requirement.
As a result a Single Tender was issued and the Contract has now been awarded.
