Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, is tendering for our 2020 Easter programme, which aims to engage families with our horticulture and science work while giving visitors the chance to have fun in the Gardens over the Easter half term.
Easter 2020 will see a partnership with The Gruffalo in events that take place at both RBG, Kew in Richmond and at Wakehurst, Sussex.
The events will be outdoors and will complement each other - as much as possible the content will be the same but will be sympathetic to the idiosyncrasies of each location.
We are seeking a company to work collaboratively with RBG Kew and the Gruffalo license management team to design, produce and install/de-install stunning and visually striking sets/scenes, which will be installed in the landscape of the Gardens.
