This is a large award for Construction — above three-quarters of comparable contracts. Based on 64,002 valued Construction tenders in our corpus.
This phase of the Works comprises the highway improvement of the existing High Street, Church Street and WestStreet between the extents already improved in Phases 1, 2a & 2b.
The Works include significant rearrangement of the signalised junction of the High Street North with Church Street and West Street.
The works will entail kerb realignment, footway renewal, carriageway surfacing, significant drainage attenuation installation, traffic calming, replacement traffic signals infrastructure and the provision of landscaping and street furniture.

Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 6th April 2021.
Tenders received after that time will be excluded.
Target contract commencement date or delivery date : 10th May 2021, 1 Year contract period.
