The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) (referred to hereafter as the Contracting Authority) has established a Contract with a single Contractor for The Provision of Off-Site Transcription, Typing and Equipment Maintenance Services.
The Contract is for an initial period of forty eight (48) months, with a single option to extend for up to a twelve (12) month period by providing the Supplier with no less than three (3) months notice.
Any extension will be exercised at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority.
