This contract will be for an initial period of 36 months commencing from the date of signing, with an option to extend for a further 24 months subject to funding and suitable performance.

Reach our target audiences o Appeal to practitioners from a wide range of professional backgrounds, as well as children and families. ?
Communicate latest information o Facilitate regular information updates for our website users. ?
User-friendly o Clear and streamlined structure which allows users to navigate the website with ease. ?
Accessible o All webpages fully compliant with accessibility guidelines, ensuring that all website users can access our content. ?
Support our Learning Management System requirements o Needs to be able to support our current Learning Management System, which we will continue to use alongside the new website. ?
Strong support system o Responsive customer support, training to be provided to BSCP staff and regular reports on the website's performance.
The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
